Shipping costs

We offer two different shipping options to our customers.

Large parcels are shipped to Japan with DHL, and the delivery is carried out by Japan Post.

The shipping cost for parcels is 3,500 yen and you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel.

Small and lightweight products can also be sent with DHL. Shipping costs start from 2,500 yen. These parcels do not come with a tracking number.

You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout, where you'll also see the total shipping costs.

Unfortunately, express delivery to Japan is not available.
