Shipping costs

Goods are shipped via DHL and delivered by Japan Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (Warenpost or Parcel), total weight, and dimensions/volume of the order.

1. Warenpost (for small shipments without tracking)

Requirement: Max. weight 1 kg and maximum package dimensions/volume (max. 35 × 25 × 8 cm)

• up to 300 g: ¥1,500
• up to 500 g: ¥2,000
• up to 700 g: ¥2,550
• up to 1 kg: ¥3,300

2. Parcel Shipping (with tracking)

• Standard parcel (up to 500 g): ¥5,500
• Standard parcel (over 500 g): ¥6,600
• Parcel (if Warenpost option is available): ¥5,900

Information on Taxes and Customs

• Orders delivered to Japan: Stated prices do not include Japanese consumption tax or customs duties. If the total order value exceeds ¥10,000, import consumption tax, customs duties, and carrier customs clearance fees may be charged to the recipient upon delivery.
• Orders delivered to other countries/regions: For shipments to countries outside Japan, local import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply according to the destination country's regulations.
• Shipping to the United States (USA): Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
